Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world with a few exceptions. There are also some items that are prohibited in certain countries. For a complete list of countries we do not serve, please drop us a note on the contact page.

Which courier providers do you use?

We are authorized shippers for the major international carriers (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT), RoyalMail and the USPS. We can also ship via sea for larger items. We will select the best provider to ship your items based on price and country of destination. Please note that we reserve the right to change the method of shipment without notice to you.

What is an OrderBarn eWallet?

When you register with OrderBarn, you are issued a unique OrderBarn eWallet. An OrderBarn eWallet is a secure digital wallet. It is a private and secure online purse that allows you to hold money for payment of OrderBarn products and services. You can credit your OrderBarn eWallet by cash, credit and debit cards, PayPal or direct bank transfer.

What methods of payment do you accept?

At present, we accept all major Credit Card, Debit Cards and PayPal. You can also use your OrderBarn Wallet to make payment. You can credit your OrderBarn Wallet by cash or bank transfer.

Can my items be consolidated into one package?

Yes they can. Consolidation of items is one of the advantages of using our service. Consolidating your items will save you money on shipping cost (as compared to shipping each item individually). Unlike other providers, we do not charge for consolidating your items. If for whatever reason your items cannot be consolidated, we will inform you to discuss other shipping options.

Can my items be repackaged to save on shipping cost?

What is the OrderBarn App?

The OrderBarn App is available in two forms – A mobile application and a Chrome web browser extension. The OrderBarn App enables our members to integrate seamlessly with the shopping carts of hundreds of European and US websites. You install the App on your mobile phone or on your Chrome web browser on your computer, go to the websites you want to shop from, select the items you want from the website, add them to the website’s shopping cart and then transfer the shopping cart to our website to complete the transaction.

Do you provide other purchase support?

Yes we do. Our concierge service is available to help with the purchase of items from websites that the OrderBarn App does not integrate with, high value or high volume purchases and from offline stores. Contact our concierge team with your requirement and we will be happy to help.

Can I track my items?

You will be able to track your items in the OrderBarn member’s area. Each item is issued a tracking number and a link to view the tracking information for your package. All packages are assigned a tracking number but some shipping members do not provide full information e.g sea freight. In this situations, OrderBarn will endeavour to provide as much tracking information as possible.

What are your privacy policies?

We ensure that our transactions and activities are GDPR compliant. We value your privacy and the confidentiality. We secure you information and control access to your data with industry standard security frameworks.

Why are heavier items charges at a higher weight?

Shippers tend to charge a higher rate when a package is relatively large for its weight. Shippers’ can use the item’s dimensional weight rather than the actual weight. Dimensional weight takes the items’ physical dimensions into consideration when calculate the weight.

Are there restrictions on what I can buy and ship?

The US and some European countries have restriction or require special licenses to export certain items e.g supercomputers, high-end electronics, and explosive materials. The destination country may also have restrictions on the type of items that can be imported. If your item requires a special importation license, please contact our support team to discuss.
